"I think I overheard the cook saying that she was going to go all out for the cake as tonight's dessert. I think she said it was a triple chocolate explosion. Chocolate cake filled with fudge, topped with white and dark chocolate and dazzled with gooy hot fudge, and it gets served with heavenly vanilla ice cream," she said, her eyes twinkling merrily. "I managed to snag the recipe from a diner that my stepfather and I went to on Earth." OOC: applebees.com/Menu_Desserts.aspx - The Triple Chocolate Meltdown to be accurate

"That sounds absolutely heavenly," Karina said, already feeling her mouth watering slightly at the thought of the cake. With a small laugh, she added, "It'll be a first for me - I've never tried any Earth food before."

Christine laughed merrily. "I keep forgetting that not everyone has been exposed to Earth food. That's it, as one of my duties is going to take the two of you on a trip to Earth and introduce you to some lovely spots." She sighed wistfully, yes, it would be a treat to take Karina and Tash on a simple vacation to Europe."

Karina smiled at this, her thoughts immediately flying to the fact that there would be tons of new bookstores for her to find and even more new poets to discover. She had done some research on Earth in the past and supposedly, it had spawned some of the best poets ever known out of all the thousands of existing realms. It would certainly be a treat to stock up on some books unavailable in any of the shops she frequented. In fact, it would probably be a dream come true.

"As soon as I can, I can arrange a trip. I just need to know where on Earth you'd wish to go. I do have a small trip planned to Europe at some point so would the two of you like to join me?"

Her eyes lighting up, Karina nodded enthusiastically as she exclaimed, "That would be amazing!"

"Just tell me when you wish to leave and I can make the arrangements," she said quietly, smiling.

"When ever is fine with me." Tash said, she would enjoy going back to earth, some of her herb stock had greatly diminished and many could be found by the abundance on Earth, that and it would be fun to see these cities that Chris had talked about.

OOC: sorry for the delay XD I had to find the perfect music for the coronation. www.mystacor.com/muppet_musique/tfp/tfp.html <--Anthems of Joy. So you know what the song sounds like. Christine entered the great hall, Tash and Karina standing close to her. She gave both women a faint smile and stood perfectly still, before softly smiling and greeting the guests. She hid a flinch when she heard the band strike up and started to play. "Anthems of Joy we sing, praise to our queen we bring. Joy from the heart that ring on this great day. Today we crowned a lovely queen. Anthems of Joy we sing, praise to our queen we bring. Joy from the heart that ring on this great day. On this great day," the people sang. The song had been handed down generation to generation and was always played at a coronation. That didn't mean Christine or any of the current royal family loved the song. She settled down on the throne, gesturing for Tash and Karina to take the chairs next to her.

Tash took her seat beside Chris, inwardly groaning at the song. She would never admit it aloud but she was slowly realizing that there might have been one very, very tiny upside to this spell of Psi's. Because of the spell she could at least pretend that the song wasn't as horrid as she really thought it was. Even if this was where she had been born here, she was still an outsider and it wasn't nice to insult the traditions of the locals.

"Can one of my first acts of queen be finding a new song to play at the coronation?" Christine asked in a quiet whisper to her two maidens. "Because, seriously, worst song ever."

"At least we only have to listen to it once in your life time." Tash whispered back with a quiet voice of her own.

"Thank the heavens for small favors," Christine said quietly before softly giggling. "They'd probably have to change the lyrics if they wanted to use it for," her voice trailed off and her expression clouded over before brightening again.

Tash caught the change in Chris but let it go for right now, this whole shindig was really for the people and they would want to see a happy Queen, well about as happy as one could be after having a lord attack you. She wanted to ask what other festivites they would have to endure but kept her mouth shut for once.

She sighed quietly and just picked at what was on her plate, her appetite not really there. Truth be told that her appetite had left after the arguement with Sky. She just didn't quite have the spark of life she had before - even if she had given the aura of having it back before.
