[Rashiel]

The time spent going through the portal was rather short. For a moment Rashiel felt as if she was falling. However, this sensation was short lived and was quickly replaced with a sharp pain as she fell to the ground.

She had clenched her eyes shut and let out a pained sound before opening them again to see where she was. It was certainly not some place that she recognized. Perhaps going through the portal had been a bad idea.

"Too late to worry about that now...", she murmured.

After traveling through the portal, Tash landed and had the breath knocked out of her as something hard hit her. Slightly dazed she began to do a mental check of injury's. Finding none but finally cluing in that the weight on her was her brother.

"Get off of me you big dolt." she less than politely gasped to Kaelin. "Your heavy."

[kaelin]

"Sorry." he responed as he got up. Reaching down to give her a hand. "Well, as they say on Earth: I don't think we're not in Kansus anymore, Toto." Looking around, he spotted the same silver haired girl from before.

Rashiel heard Tash's voice and turned to look at the twins. It didn't take her long to recognize Kaelin as the boy she had seen at the Arena earlier. She came over to the two of them.

"You two all right?"

[Chris Strongheart]

: A woman with long golden hair streaked with silver approached the group, her golden dress swishing as she walked. A warm smile graced her features. "Welcome, travellers," she said politely. "Welcome to the Magic Realm. I am Melisande."

It was quite clear to see which side of the family Christine resembled looks-wise. She was nearly the spitting image of her mother, only with dark brown hair.

"I am now. Thanks." she responed as she turned to meet the person speaking. "Hello, I'm Tash and this is my brother Kaelin."

[Sky]

Sky stood nervously to the side - not that he could go unnoticed. After all, who could miss him when he had the fortune of being a large dragon?

Watching Tash step forward and speak to the beautiful woman, Sky felt a tinge of irritation. He was the one leading the quest - not her. The least he should be doing right now was introducing himself - he should take the initiative. What would the lady think, Sky wondered. Probably that he wasn't fit to be a leader. Great.

Nevertheless, Sky couldn't bring himself to speak up. He already felt like quite the buffoon and he had a hunch that speaking to such a lady as Melisande would only make him feel like even more a fool.

[Chris Strongheart]

: Melisande smiled again. "You must be the young lady my daughter mentioned in one of her letters. It is an honor to meet you in person." Her gaze drifted from the one female who spoke, to the boy. "Oh, and you must be the thorn in my nephew's side," she said with a laugh. "You're one of the people that has managed to irritate him." Her gaze then shifted over to the silver haired maiden, and she smiled once more. 'So this is the one that has Brian so tongue tied. She is pretty. Perhaps, just perhaps, she'll keep his attention...'

Her gaze then shifted to the dragon. "So, you must be Sky. I've heard quite a bit about you. Patron saint of lost kittens and all that," she said as a light hearted jest.

[tashii]

Suprized that someone would metion anything about her in a letter she recoved from the suprice by muttering to her brother "Do I even want to know what you were doing?" before she spotted Sky. "Sky" she called. "It has been a while.How are you?"

[Rashiel]

Rashiel looked a little surprised at having been talked about. That was something she hadn't expected. She then realized that it might be a good idea to actually introduce herself.

"I'm Rashiel." She nodded her head in responce, sounding rather quiet.

[Sky]

Sky frowned. He didn't like to be teased - not when he was in this condition. Sure, it may have been a while since he was merged with Gorbash - but that didn't mean he was used to it. And he certainly didn't like his situation. As far as he was concerned, he needed to get back to his normal self as soon as possible. No time for jokes. Not now.

Speaking to the lady, while also ignoring Tash's greeting, he replied shortly, "Yes, I am Sky."

: "The princess that has Brian so tongue tied. It's a pleasure to meet you," Melisande said, dipping into a curtsey. Her gaze shifted back to the dragon.

"You'll have to forgive me," she said quietly. "But it's quite difficult trying to stay cheerful when you just feel like crying. My only child was injured fighting sand merks."

[Sky]

Sky immediately felt guilty; after all, here he was lingering over his problem when he very well knew that his was trifling in comparison to what Chris was going through. And to remind Chris's mother about the situation . . .

Sky's thoughts came to a crashing halt: Chris's mother??? This woman was Chris's mother? The woman he had probably offended was Chris's mother?

For once Sky was thankful that he was a dragon. At least when he was a dragon he couldn't blush and turn bright red from his sheer embarrassment as he would have done had he been in his human form.

Stepping forward. "M'Lady, I know this is a trying time time for you." feeling the grief well up in this tiny woman. "I don't know if this will help but I believe that we will all do anything in our power to bring her back to you." she stepped back to feel Kaelin put an arm over her shoulder.
