Getting up from where he was sitting, Kaelin moved and sat beside Kevyn and pulled her close in a hug, "It's not silly, it's human. Getting strange looks from other people is part of the reason I'm the way I am. As you know we were always traveling as kids and the people tended to stare at us because we didn't look or speak like they did. After a while we came to the conclusion that if they were going to stare at us then we might as well give them a reason to. We all do things to fit in better, and because you would be seeing those people constantly you did what you had to."

Kevyn leaned closer into Kaelin, sighing, this she could get used to. "Makes sense. Since you like it so much I guess I could sing for you." She yawned shifting so her feet were on the couch and her head resting in Kaelin's lap. "Wanna know something really silly Kae?" She asked sleepily.

"What is this something you find really silly?" Kaelin asked softly. He had thought about asking if the silly had something to do with his thigh not being a comfortable pillow but was intrigued to see what she was going to say next.

"You're really, really comfortable." Kevyn replied sleepily, shifting again, "I could get used to this." She yawned falling deeper into sleep.

Kaelin just smiled as she fell asleep in his lap, gently brushing her bangs out of her face, Kaelin just let her sleep. A little while later Quinn appeared in the sitting room, Kaelin quietly got Quinn's attention not wanting to wake Kevyn. "Can you grab that blanket and cover Kevyn?" Kaelin asked gesturing to the blanket that was on the back of the chair.

Quinn nodded, grabbing the blanket and covering his sister up. She murmmered and snuggled closer to Kaelin. Smiling at her Quinn patted her cheek. Sitting opposite the couple he leaned back in the chair, "She really likes you, you know." Quinn said.

"Where are you going with this? And I like her as well but I told you before I will not discuss any relationship or lack of one I have with your sister with you." Kaelin said as he smoothed back Kevyn's hair.

Quinn laughed, "Not that my friend." He gave his sister a loving look. "I'm just saying that she trusts you Kaelin. You and Tash, more then I've seen her trust anyone. Sometimes it surprises me how open she is when you two are around." He chuckled, "Of course she says the same thing about me so I guess you're a good influence." He closed his eyes. "We may be from a well off family but life hasn't been easy. Before you and Tash came along we were virtual outcasts. Grandfather tried his hardest to make us feel like we belonged, but sometimes...." he trailed off, opening his eyes, "Well never mind that. It's in the past and there's nothing that can be done about it." Quinn stood, stretching. "We still have a while yet before Muna's borders so I'm off to get some sleep. Do you want help moving her or are you going to stay like that?"

Kaelin shrugged, "Just leave her be, this is fine. I don't think I be able to sleep anyways. See you in a couple of hours?" Kaelin asked as he shifted slightly to make himself more comfortable.

~Hours later~
Kevyn felt herself stirring. She mummbled not wanting to get up, she was so comfortable. Finally she opened her eyes, finding herself looking straight up into Kaelin's sleeping face. Kevyn smiled, So cute, he looks like a kid. She thought slowly sitting up so not to disturb him. Quinn came in with a tray of coffee mugs.

"Good morning." Quinn greeting setting the tray on the table and sitting down in the chair with his cup.

"Morning." Kevyn said back, covering Kaelin with the blanket as she stood and took her own cup. Sitting back down in a chair closer to her brother she grinned.
