Quinn sat behind the transports stearing, staring off into space, literally. Watching the stars pass by he racked his brain to come up with a plan that might help them achieve their mission, and not get them killed in the process, so far nothing was coming to him. Taking a deep breath he set autopilot and sat back, hoping that some sleep might clear his mind.
OOC: Just put this here since they're in space between the realms and later on in it they will actually reach Muna.

Kevyn wandered around the transport. It wasn't a large ship but it was large enough to wear down some energy. It consisted of two bedrooms, a small bathroom, a sitting area and a kitchen. Quinn was off doing whatever he did in the cockpit, Kaelin was nowhere to be found currently and Kevyn found herself increasingly restless.
Finally choosing a place on the sitting area couch she took out her flute. Putting it to her lips she started playing the soft lullaby that never failed to ease her spirit, it was one of the few things she remembered from the time when her parents were alive, mother used to sing it. At least Kevyn thought she did, she honestly couldn't really remember.

Returning to the main room, Kaelin settled into a chair across from Kevyn. Allowing her music to flow over him, he let the music take him away from his worries for a few minutes at least. Kaelin had traveled this way before not all the planets had the teleportation stations but this had to be one of the first times he wished that the realm he was visiting had the teleportation stations.

Kevyn ended the song, a little startled that Kaelin was across from her. When did he come in? How much did he hear? The song was one of the few she tried to keep private, it was her special song, something she normally didn't like to share. "Hi." she said softly a little embarrassed that Kaelin had caught her playing it.

Slowly openning his eyes when she spoke to him, Kaelin smiled "Hey" he returned. "Sorry for intrupting your playing. It is a beautiful song."

"It was my mothers." Kevyn told him, "She used to sing it to us all the time," she paused, "it's the only thing I have from her."

Kaelin smiled at that, "That would make it all the most special, think I would be able to convince you to sing it for me? You don't have to if you don't want to."

Kevyn smiled, "Ok but I warn you my singing voice is horrid." She warned him. Taking a deep breath she started to sing, her voice both soft and melodious, with a light husk.
Hush now, my baby Be still love, don't cry Sleep like you're rocked by the stream Sleep and remember My lullaby And I'll be with you when you dream
Drift on a river That flows through my arms Drift as I'm singing to you I see you smiling So peaceful and calm And holding you, I'm smiling, too Here in my arms Safe from all harm Holding you, I'm smiling, too
Hush now, my baby Be still, love, don't cry Sleep like you're rocked by the stream Sleep and remember this river lullaby And I'll be with you when you dream I'll be with you when you dream
OOC: For anyone that doesn't know that song. It's Amy Grant's version of the River Lullaby from the Prince of Egypt.

After a long silence Kevyn gave Kaelin a weak smile. "I warned you my singing voice sucked. But it really is a beautiful song if it's sung properly." she said.

At Kevyn's remark Kaelin finally said something, "I think it's beautiful sung just the way it is and let me be the judge of singing voice as I asked you to sing for me. And on a scale of one to ten, with ten being good and one being the worst, most horrible voice I have ever heard. I am going to say one... hundred."

Kevyn laughed, not feeling so awkward now. "Thanks Kaelin. I don't normally like to sing in front of people. It's a little embarrassing."

"I don't see why you find it embarrassing, I like it when you sing."

Kevyn blushed, "Really?"

"Yes, Really. I could never lie to you and I can prove that I really like your singing by asking you to sing for me some more." Kaelin said as he watched Kevyn.

Kevyn put her head down, "No-ones ever said something like that to me before. When I used to sing all the time, all I ever really got were strange looks from people. Grandpa and Quinn were the only ones to ever compliment it, but I still felt really self consious, after a while I guess I thought it best to just stop when other people were around." She shrugged, "A little silly huh?"
