"Now was that so hard?" Tash asked, "Thank you, since I know none of the people they will gossip about, I just have to sit there and act like I gave a damn about who they are talking about." Tash said with more confidence then she felt in the matter.

And Psi decided not to tell her, it would most likely be him and her they gossiped about, in their mean shrewish ways. Instead he went back to eating.

Deciding that she really didn't want to know about what ever Psi was keeping from her, Tash managed to eat a little of the meal. "What order do I get introduced to the Lords and Ladies?"

"it's basicly as we walk in, I introduce you to whoever walks over first" Psi saidPsi looked at her worried, and put his fork down. He waved to the waiter to bring the next dish, a soup. "Hopefully you'll be more inclined to eat the next dish a bit more" He said, trying not to sound worried

psi went back to eating, his mind consumed by thoughts of what was going to happen tonight. This was not going to be easy, as it was Tash's first time, and the first time in years for him.
