 May was looking at the clock. "Ohh my.. You won't have time to talk to the planners tonight.. You must wash and dress for dinner. Since right after dinner you and Lord Psi must depart for the Castle, you will have to be dressed in your court dress.. This may take a while... " |

"Lead the way then." Tash said, mentally preparing herself for the dress. She didn't think there was anything she hated more then was the dresses.

May lead Tash to her personal changing room, a whole three walls hung with dresses that had been made to her measurements. But one was on a dummy in the center of the room, just waiting it seemed. It was rather ornate with hand stitching everywhere, a dark black color, decorated in other dark colors. "It matches Lord Psi's robes" May siad, as she stared at the dress. |

"Well, it's elaborate." Tash said as she stared at the dress. She wasn't happy about having to wear that but protocal insisted that she did. "Where do we start with this dress?" Tash asked.

"Right a bath. I will admit this is making me ever so greatful there are so many people to help here." Tash admitted with a smile, this whole process was already proving to be over whelming. "While your helping me into that dress can you think of anything else I should know about these ladies?" Tash asked starting to feel a little nervious about the whole thing.

Soon may was helping Tash with everything that had to be done. "lady Kimberlee';s 4 Daughters names are Lady Mia, Lady Ellen, Lady Candice, and Lady Tori. All 4 girls are about your and Lord Psi's age, and have been coveting him since they were old enough to understand the hierarchy. Though Lady Tori is rather a sweet girl, the other three take after their mother, and will do everything to make you look a fool. Lady Bella's daughter is Zoey. She is a snob though and though, and will put her nose up to anyone lower than her, or anyone who acts lower than her. Something she gets from her mother also. Lady Claris' daughters are the ones to really worry about. Lady Misty was actually in talks with Lord Psi's parents to marry him, another month or so, and it would have been finalized. Lady Laura has no real interest in Lord Psi, but she is drawn to the power of hierarchy and Royalty. These two, do not let them back you into any corners or anything My lady, they just might claw your eyes out literally!" |

Tash contained her groan, stay under the microscope of the court or risk the wrath of something she hadn't any control over; lovely, just lovely. "Will I be expected to know who they all are before they are introduced to me and who gets that pleasure?"

Soon May was helping Tash into a rather fluffy bathrobe. "As this will be your first time in Court My Lady, you are not expected to know any of the Ladies. Lord Psi will be the one to introduce you, before the Lords decide to wisk him off for what ever they do." |

"Well that's a relief and Psi is so dead." Tash said narrowing her eyes in annoyance. To think that he wasn't going to tell her exactly what she was going up against and to top that he was only appearing long enough to say hello my name is.... "What exactly do the ladies do or talk about once the Lords have left?"

May looked rather unhappy at that. "I'm afraid I don't know My Lady. I have only left the manor twice in my life." She said, fiddling with her dress for a moment. But she looked up, and started to lead Tash to the center of the room, where she would help her dress, corsets and all. |

"It's okay, May; you have been incredibly helpful, I am grateful for everything you have been able to tell me. I'd much rather know something about what I am up against then nothing at all." Tash said as she stood where May directed. A complete after thought, "And May I didn't mean I want Psi dead it was an expression, I'm venting my annoyance before I have to watch every word that I speak."

May smiled at her. "I know My lady." She said softly. Then bitting her lip she started to lace up Tash's corset, pulling tightly as she went, to get that 'look' This wasn't an easy thing to do, and it was rather painful for the girl being laced too. |

"Alhalla," Tash gasped as the corset was tightened. "Breathing is not a priority is it?" Tash asked with a faint wheezing. She was skinny enough that Tash would have had no problem not wearing the corset but it was part of the dress.
