Palladium wiped off his desk and noted there was no dust on his fingers. Bah, what an awful place. Always clean and nice and cheerful. He ought to change that, really.
He sat down, opening his drawers and taking out books, putting them out on the table just to make it look interesting. He couldn't help chuckle. It was going to be so much fun facing the fairies, and they would never know that he was the real Palladium.
Yes, he was going to have some fun. But he had to make sure not too make it too obvious that he wasn't who he was.
'That shouldn't be too hard.' He thought.

Mileva walked into the class holding her things and saw she was the first. She felt like such a loser, having no one to cheerfully walk into lessons. She decided to just take her seat.
"Hello professor." Mileva nodded as she walked past him. She took a seat on the far left and put her stuff on the table.

Mirta was pretty excited. Her first lesson of the famed elven professor Palladium. She walked in a bit too eagerly, to find the she wasn't the first student. Darn. Ah well.
"Hello professor! How are you?" She said, trying to make a good first impression on him, while she headed to a seat.
"Hello Mileva! Mind if I sit next to you?" She asked, while settling down.

Layla entered the room, flicking her gaze around to see who had already arrived. Not seeing any of her friends, she slipped into a seat near the center of the room and quietly pulled out the notebook that she had designated for this class. Placing the notebook on her desk, Layla sighed; it didn't seem like anyone else would be coming in for a while and as luck would have it she had nothing to do to occupy herself.
Idly tapping her nails against her desk, Layla shot a glance at the professor. Leaning back against her seat, she narrowed her eyes, wondering how his situation with Flora would play out in the end.

Walking into the class, Tash arched her eyebrow as she passed the professor, she took her seat at the back of the class. Sitting down beside Nadia. "Hey, doesn't he look like he could do a toothpaste commercal?" she giggled.
Pulling out an art book she started to doodle as she waited for class to start.

Amore appeared on Layla's desk, having decided she was bored and that Stella was off shopping. She had flown in silently and settled down. "I'm bored, Lay-lay," she murmured quietly, affectionately shortening Layla's name. "Can I stay with you today?"

Seeing the adorable pixie, Layla's face lit up into a smile. "Hey there, Amore," Layla greeted affectionately. "Of course, you can spend the day with me." Laughing, she added, "Although, I'm not sure how interesting it will be. I mean, look around us - we're in class. It's not exactly a thrilling place, if you know what I mean."

"Beats being in a mall shopping," Amore said in a quiet whisper. She picked up her dress a tiny bit so she could walk easier and made her way over to Layla, before hopping onto the fairy's shoulder. "I promise I'll keep quiet."
She peered at the professor and then glanced at Layla. "Is that Flora's boyfriend?" she softly asked in all innocence.

Layla snorted, "Boyfriend? Hardly." Giving the professor another contemptuous look-over, Layla added in a low voice, "I don't know what Flora sees in him - if you ask me, he's pure trouble, especially with the way he toys with her emotions. I, for one, don't buy his nice-guy act."

"You think he'd hurt her?" Amore asked, looking up at Layla. "I could give him one of my flowers. And maybe it will cause him to stop playing with Flora's feelings." She bit her lower lip in thought. "If Eros were here, he'd fix him." Her cheeks tinted rose at the mention of her male counterpart*.
OOC: who I created ::laughs:: I mean, there have to be male pixies - otherwise, how do we get more pixies? I mean, besides pulling a Peter Pan

Layla sighed as she slumped over her desk, lightly resting her chin on her elbows. "I don't know, Amore. I mean, Flora is sensitive, but . . ." Layla trailed off, reluctant to say anything negative about her friend. After a moment of silence, she continued vehemently, "In any event, the professor should know that about Flora. And that means he doesn't have an excuse for causing her so much grief." Curling a lock of hair around her finger absently, Layla continued, "But I don't think you should put him under any spell, Amore. He's got to figure out what exactly he wants without magic." (OOC: Of course there must be male pixies! And I like the sound of an Eros/Amore connection - cuteness abound, no? )

OOC: I couldn't resist - I mean, come on. Amore? Her match would have to deal with love, and Eros was the god of love. Oh, bugger - now I have an art bunny. Drawing Eros. Nah, well, that's the next project.
"You make my flowers sound like a bad thing," Amore said, nearly pouting. "At least it's not Eros with his arrows," she giggled. "The poor males would end up as pincushions." No-one ever said that her male counterpart was a particularly good shot.
Amore tilted her head and lay one finger against her cheek. "Although, I have been tempted to give Bloom's boyfriend one of my flowers. Do you think that would make him stay faithful?"

Layla wrinkled her nose at the mention of Prince Sky. He had yet to make a good impression on her. Sure he was nice enough, but as Amore had inadvertently pointed out, he seemed fickle. What was it about her friends and the guys they chose to involve themselves in, Layla wondered wryly. Turning her attention back to the pixie, Layla raised her brows, "Now, now, Amore, you and I both know that you can't use your magic for those kinds of things. You can only show people what's really in their hearts - you can't make them feel something that isn't already there . . ." Thinking of her friends, she smiled faintly and added, "It wouldn't be right for anyone if you did otherwise." (OOC: Hehe. Pixie Eros. I imagine he would be adorable

"I know, Lay-lay," Amore said quietly. "I just don't like seeing people make mistakes in love." She paused a moment. "But wouldn't my giving him the flower help? After all, it'd be just making his feelings for Bloom stronger. It wouldn't be as if it made him seek out a different fairy princess."

"I don't know - maybe it would help. But only if Sky truly cares about Bloom in his heart. But if he has any feelings for anyone else, well, I'm afraid that maybe something bad, something that you couldn't foresee, could happen. And considering we're talking about Sky, I don't think it's such a long shot to think that he might be having those feelings for someone else. Maybe what's-her-face - Diaspro? I don't think Bloom would deal with that very well."
Shaking her head, Layla added, "Things like this make me glad that I don't have a boyfriend. It's too much work; if I were one of the other girls, I would be out of my mind by now."
