Christine gave him a warm smile. "Thanks," she said. "And good luck dealing with your mother." Anyone dealing with her needed all the luck they could get.

Kevyn smiled as the race came to an end. Well that was interesting, anyway what next. She jumped down from her perch and straightened her long, dark blue, skirt. Usually she liked her normal outfit better but it also felt good to get into a skirt and tunic again, reminded her of home. Chosing to wander a bit, she'd only arrived just in time to catch the race, Kevyn made off to where the crowd was the thinest.

Crossing her arms over her chest, Layla finally replied in a nonchalant tone, "Thank you, Riven; you raced very well." Unable to contain her mirth any longer, Layla hid her laughter behind her hand as she choked out, "I guess today was just an off day for you." Giving Layla a dry smile, Riven replied, "Very funny," before he turned and stalked off. As he pushed his way through the crowds in search of some peace and quiet, Riven caught sight of Musa out of the corner of his eye. Hesitating for a minute, he wondered if he ought to go talk to her; after all, it felt like it had been ages since they had seen each other and he had to admit, he kind of missed her company. His decision made, Riven squared his shoulders and made his way over to her side. In a seemingly indifferent tone, he said, "Hey."

Musa sighed. She didn't like the Day of the Rose, not very much. And she was a bit late for the race, as had a few issues on finding her walkman, so she couldn't find her friends. The place was a bit too crowded. Musa decided leaving the crowd, and noticed someone familiar coming near her. Riven. ''Ah... Hi.'' Well, he was looking a bit... Well, moody, but that was Riven.
( OOC: ^^ Thanks, and sorry if my post's too crappy. )

Tash was pleased with where she had placed. No where near the top five but she had done what she set out to do and that was actually complete a race. Parking her bike she looked around at the people, spotting Layla surrounded by people cheering, she could only assume that Layla had won. Tash would congratulate her later. Also seeing Chris talking to Sky, Tash decided not to join them but to go get changed, she could talk to them later as well.
Once she was back in her cut off's and halter top, Tash driffed around not really sure what she wanted to do but figured that someone would whine if she disappeared to early. Namely her roommate or her brother.

Christine watched Sky walk off to catch his ride back to his home realm and her shoulders drooped. Well, so much for having fun as a team.
