"Yes, but we don't know how long the spell will last," Flora said. "Those are unpredictable at best. I remember one of the professors saying that." She rose slowly. "I think we'll have him human before anyone at Red Fountain is the wiser. Hopefully, it's just his team that knows about it. Otherwise," she shuddered before hurrying off to get him something to eat.

Turning to the wolf, Palladium frowned as he squatted down in front of it, "All right, Sky, it's just me and you now. If you're still in there somewhere, don't worry; somehow I'll find a way to get you back to normal." Rising to his feet, Palladium walked back over to his desk and sat down. Pulling out a clean sheet of paper, he thought for a moment before he began to write out a spell.

Flora returned with the left overs from dinner - a nice sized hunk of lamb. "I hope it's to his liking," Flora said. "Only meat I could find without having to explain to the cook why I was taking it. I don't think he noticed that I borrowed it."

"I'm sure it will be fine," Palladium replied absently as he remained hunched over his paper. The counterspell he was trying to write wasn't going well and it was frustrating him far more than he was letting on. But somehow, before the night was up, he would reverse the hex. He simply wasn't going to let another student down; he didn't need that guilt resting on his shoulders. He had enough of that with Bloom's current situation.

Flora set the plate down in front of the wolf, before turning back to look at the professor. She nodded to herself and walked over, stopping behind him. She placed her hands on his shoulders and started to give him a light massage - trying to undo the kinks. Hopefully that would help him concentrate better - the massage would help undo the stress that could be causing mental blocks.

Tensing when he felt Flora's hands on his shoulders, Palladium paused in his scribbling of potential spells as he said, keeping his voice carefully steady, "Flora, what are you doing?"

"You looked tense so I was giving you a light massage to get rid of some of the stress, that's all," she said, tilting her head slightly. "Why?"

Briefly squeezing his eyes shut, Palladium then exhaled quietly as he forcefully removed Flora's hands from his shoulders. In a carefully warning tone, he finally replied as he rose from his chair and walked some feet away from her, "I think you and I both know that that is hardly appropriate."

"There was no romantic undertones for it," she said blandly. "You were obviously stressed and I was trying to get rid of the stress by doing something that I know works. It was either that or watch you stress yourself to death trying to come up with a cure for the prince."

"Romantic undertones or not," Palladium said with a deep frown, "had Ms. Faragonda or Griselda chosen that moment to walk in, I do not think that they would be quite so understanding as to the true nature of your intentions."

Flora nodded. "Shall we get back to work then?" she asked before catching movement out of the corner of her eye. She whipped around quickly to see something... missing...
"Professor? I do believe he's gone out for a walkie without us." That could be a real mess - who knew how long the non-aggression spell would last, and better yet, what if he left Alfea and headed off for the woods... They'd never find him...

Quickly stepping outside his room, Palladium replied as he cast his gaze up and down the hallway, "He was in here just a minute ago; he couldn't have gotten far-" Suddenly spotting a tail rounding the corner, Palladium quickly hurried after it as he cast a spell to seal any exits. The last thing he needed was to have the wolf escape into the forest; if that happened, helping the prince would be a near impossible task.

"I don't get it, Professor," Flora said as she followed him, hoping to catch sight of the wolf before it escaped. "Why would he suddenly take off like that?"

"Because unfortunately the Prince Sky is a wolf now and thus, he desires to go back to his 'natural' habitat - the forest," Palladium replied in a tone that clearly said that they didn't have time to waste on questions.

Flora had this gut feeling that now it was going to be harder to get Sky back to his normal self if in fact he was acting out the bestial urges his current form was giving him. Silently she hoped there were no she-wolves out in the forest - because that would make things rather interesting.
