Stella sighed as she aimlessly wandered about the forest. So it probably wasn't the smartest thing to be doing considering all the kidnappings that had been going lately . . . but she couldn't stand being inside anymore. Not with all her friends bickering about what to do to save Flora. Too much stress. What she needed was sunlight and a break from everything. Nodding her head decisively, Stella spoke out loud to no one in particular, "An hour of this and I'll be refreshed and ready to go back to the lion's den."
Seeing a small clearing up ahead, Stella jogged toward it and then plopped down on the ground, her back resting against a tree. Closing her eyes, Stella tried to suppress the thoughts that were threatening to spill to the foreground of her mind - thoughts of Flora and her safety. Unable to keep the images from flashing through her mind, Stella let out a frustrated, "Ugh!! That's it. I can't take it anymore! I need to do something. I am Stella, Princess of Solaria and I do not just sit around and wait when my friend needs me!"
Hearing a small snap coming from behind her, Stella whirled around, fear suddenly coursing through her body. "Who's there?"

Christine limped out of the shadows, dragging her broken leg behind her. "Please tell me you're from Alfea and that's it not that far. I don't think I could handle any more walking," she said, slowly sinking down to the ground, wincing from pain. "I'm Christine. You?"

At the sight of the girl before her, Stella's eyes widened in shock. "Oh my god! What happened to you?!" Running forward, Stella tentatively held out an arm for the girl to hold onto for support. Pausing for a moment, Stella leaned back, eying Christine critically. "Wait . . . did you say your name is Christine? Are you . . . no . . . it couldn't be . . . right? You can't be the seer, can you?"

Christine gave a small groan. "Can we discuss my curse later, please?" she asked, casting a worried glance over her shoulder. "I just managed to get free from Darkar and his prince of darkness. I do not want to be caught and taken back again." Fear and terror colored the injured seer's voice. "I have to warn Alfea. Darkar forced me to have a vision to tell him where the codex are."

Holding her tongue, Stella narrowed her eyes as a mental image flashed through her mind from a certain Winx Weekly article - a picture of the girl who was supposedly romantically linked to Sky - a girl who was not Bloom. And the girl from the tabloid? That girl was definitely the girl sitting before her.
Immediately feeling hostile toward Christine, Stella still knew that she had to get her somewhere safe - regardless as to whether she liked the seer or not, Alfea's safety was on the line. Not bothering to put on a fake smile, Stella replied, "I'm Stella and yes, I am an Alfea student." Glancing around, Stella said with a frown, "But unfortunately, it's still going to be a long walk back to campus."

Christine plastered on a fake smile. "Great." She didn't need to be a rocket scientist to know that the blonde helping her hated her because of the gossip papers. "You know, if there's one thing I don't understand, it's the gossip papers," she said absently. "Sky spends one summer and they paint us as childhood sweethearts. I didn't even know he was the prince of Eraklyon. He told me his name was Lyon so I thought he was a commoner. And us married? Please. Like that would happen. He's in love with Bloom. Besides, my bloodline's not even good enough for his family."

Stella lifted a finely shaped eyebrow, as she replied coolly, "Uh huh." Brushing her hair over her shoulder, Stella stood up from her crouched position beside Christine. Distantly, she said, "The sooner we get started, the sooner we'll get to Alfea."

Christine glanced over her shoulder again and she tilted her head, trying to listen for Sky. "Right," she said, sounding distant herself. A faint whisp of a vision tried to catch her attention and she had to fight to keep it from coming.
She stood up slowly, biting her lower lip to keep from screaming. She closed her eyes tightly and a few pain induced tears slipped free. "Note to self," she said absently. "Don't jump from buildings."

With a sigh, Stella asked quietly as she took the seer's arm to give her support as they walked slowly along, "How bad is it? I mean, Flora and Sky . . . what are they like now? I know Flora is bad news - I had a run in with her by the lake. But I haven't seen Sky since he turned . . . dark."

Christine shook her head. "He's... he's attacked Red Fountain," she said quietly. "He... he hurt Riven pretty badly. And he took the Codex." She sighed quietly. "Flora, or rather Demeter as that's what Darkar calls her now, is his number one witch. She quarrels a lot with Sky." She closed her eyes.
"He's evil. Pure evil. Sky that is. He... He claims that he drained Riven's strength from him, leaving him with the strength of a newborn kitten."

Stella shook her head emphatically, as she replied, "That can't be true - I mean, I just talked to Riven . . . three days ago." Stella closed her eyes, reality setting in, the color draining from her face, as she whispered, "Poor Musa, I don't think she knows." Glancing over at Christine, Stella said, "With all the stuff that's been going on, I've lost track of time. I thought I had spoken to Riven just a little while ago, but I guess I was wrong."
Facing forward again, Stella walked quietly for a minute, before she continued sadly, "So Sky's really evil. I have to say, I was hoping that it wasn't true, but I guess there's no use denying it anymore." Under her breath, Stella whispered as her heart went out to her friend, "Bloom's going to be crushed if she sees him like that."

Christine closed her eyes. "Try having Sky be your team leader and seeing him attack your team." She sighed quietly. "I just hope that Bloom can bring him back. Otherwise..."

"Otherwise, you'll have to put up with me for eternity?" Sky snarled as he hovered over Stella and Christine on his silver disk. "Clever magic, Christine. But don't you know by now that I am relentless? It was only a matter of time before I found you. I do believe, though, that you will get your wish - you will be going to Alfea. With me." Pausing, Sky grinned darkly, "Because I do believe that now is as good time as any to get the Codex."
Turning to Stella, Sky mockingly bowed, as he greeted her cordially, "Lovely to see you again, Princess."

Christine lowered her head, couldn't stand to look up and see the dark prince. "Just peachy," she whispered quietly. Bitter tears streaked down her cheeks.

Watching Sky move in closer to Christine - a clear sign that he was planning on taking her hostage again - Stella frowned, a thousand thoughts flashing across her mind. There was no way in hell that she was going to let him get the seer. No way. This was her moment to do something worthwhile to protect Alfea - she wasn't going to let it slip away.
Throwing her ring of Solaria up into the air, Stella called out in a shrill voice, "Sun Powerrrrr!" Thus transformed, scepter and all, Stella narrowed her eyes, as she flew up to meet Sky in the air as she hissed through gritted teeth, "Bring it, Sky."
