OOC: because there can be happiness in Lost Souls. Angelique is still 25% complete, Brandon's between 50%-75% complete  : Angelique giggled as she grabbed Brandon's hand/paw. The doctor was busy at work on creating the serum for the next victim so that meant everyone in Lost Souls could relax and breath a sigh of relief. As it stood, it meant the two youngest (being her and Brandon) could finally get some much needed time to just be the kitten and puppy they were. Angelique's blue eyes sparkled as she finally stopped at the edge of the pool. She giggled softly and skittered behind Brandon, before gently pushing him. "Enjoying your swim?" she asked innocently. |

"Delightful." Brandon returned as he climbed out of the pool, once he was fairly close to Angelique, Brandon shook with all his might and soaked Angelique. With a canine grin Brandon brushed his hair out of his face while he watched to see how the little kitty was going to react to the water.

: Angelique just gave him a sour look as he drenched her. "I love you too," she said blandly. She shook her head and leaned over, handing him a towel. "Here," she said quietly, blushing a bit as she got a good look at him. She waited til he was dry and sitting down before snuggling up against him. "So, what did the doctor tell you?" she asked, referring to the meeting he had with the doctor that morning. "He hasn't found anything wrong with you, has he?" That was something she was terrified of - that the doctor would find out that something had gone wrong when he made the serum and that Brandon would end up like Tyger-O and she'd be all alone again. She didn't want to be alone again. |

He still didn't like the doctor and didn't want a reminder of the meeting. "That's I'm doing good. There were a few things he wasn't happy about but was pleased that others seemed be further along then they should be. So I think it balanced out." Brandon said as he debated what reaction he would get from Angelique if he were to dump her into the pool.

"Why don't you learn then? Then that idiot Tyger-O can't use that against you anymore." Brandon suggested, Tyger-O was one cat that Brandon didn't like and made sure that Tyger-O knew it.

She lowered her eyes. "Besides, I'm mixed with a house cat so my dislike of water is because of that too." |

"Not all house cat's hate water. I'll teach you to swim and if you know how to swim then you can go fishing and not worry about when you fall in." Brandon said with a grin.
