Psi sat at the small desk in the ships living quarters. It had cost him a very large sum of money to get this ship out and heading to Muna as fast as it did. He had woken up early that morning, his head throbbing as he remembered every sored detail of what had happened. How he had been humiliated by that witch, turned child, and subjected to the horrors of his childhood. He growled slightly as he started to write a letter to the king. He would go home, rest for a bit, then head out to find Tash. He would have to cast his spell again, change her memories again, and he was not too happy about the drain it would cause him.
But no sooner had he finished his letter, did he feel the ship start to shake. With a sigh he realized they were landing. The trip had been far to short this time. He had wanted more time to think.
he soon stepped off the ship and headed to his home. His robes rescued from under the desk fluttered around him as he passed. He could hear the whispers and feel peoples looks. but he didn't care as he stepped into his house and leaned against the now closed door, gratefully to be home.

"Lord Psi?" Edgar quietly asked as he rounded the step and saw his young master leaning against the doors. Edgar had only sent the letter to his young lord a couple of days before, was it possible for the lord to have received it already? No he didn't know about the Lady.
Edgar knew that he should wait and let the king tell Psi what had happened but Edgar was not going to let his Lord venture into those hallways not knowing of her death. However standing in the door way was no place to tell of such matter so Edgar held his tongue.

Psi looked up and tried to compose himself, standing straight now. "Edgar" he said fully in control now "I am here for only a day or so. I have a letter for you to deliver to the king, excusing me from appering" He pulled out the letter he had written on the way home "I must go find Lady Tash as soon as possible"

"Perhaps we should retire to your study, My Lord." Edgar suggested, Psi was going to have to be sitting down and with something stiff to drink when he heard this news. "It has to do with the Lady."

Psi looked at him, fighting the sudden wave of worry that overtook him. But with a forced curt nod, he walked to his study. With shaky knees he sat down in his chair.

"I don't know if you know but Lady Tash came home a few days ago and wanted to talk to the king about something." Edgar started out his tale, taking a deep breath he continued. "The ship his Majesty lent her didn't make take off. Psi, Lady Tash didn't survive the crash." Edgar informed his lord as gently as he could.

Psi had been messing around with the papers on his desk, but stopped suddenly, the pile falling from his hands. "She's.... dead.. " He said, in utter disbelief

Edgar could think of no way to respond to that, so he just nodded. His Majesty had informed them that there was nothing left of the ship much less any of the people on board.

Psi stood up, shaking. "I am.. going to.. my chambers" He was very unstead as he left. He would not break down. He could not let himself break down.

Edgar quietly followed Psi, ensuring that he got some where that he could break down without anyone else being the wiser at just how much this was effecting his Lord

Psi was amazed that he made it to his chambers, and as soon as the door was closed and locked, he let himself collapse to the ground. Silently letting it all out
