Christine strutted out on to the stage, a smile on her features. She loved the club atmosphere - it always seemed to bring her back to life, restore broken pieces of her heart and soul. She shamelessly flirted with the male patrons, batting her large blue eyes and blowing kisses in their direction. It was something that always seemed to pad her paycheck. Of course, that usually caused Sky to bitch her out when she got back to the dorm and he caught sight of her paycheck and the notes the manager would leave in regards to which patron left what as a tip.

Honestly, he acted like a jealous husband when he saw them. She'd have to remind him after he caught sight of this paycheck that unless he was married to her, he could stop acting like a jealous husband. Besides, the men in the club knew she wasn't interested in them - that her love reserved for one man.

She spotted her teammates sitting at one of the tables, and she blew several kisses in their directions, batting her blue eyes as she did. She could be very coy when she wanted to be. And right now, she was all actress - showing off and purposely getting Sky jealous. She liked being reminded of his feelings for her. Besides, she thought that wolfish growl he had was terribly sexy.

She decided to do a bit of a pointed song and picked up the mic, humming a bit before she launched into her song.

She ended the song, practically sitting on his lap, her arms wrapped around his neck and staring into his brilliant blue eyes. She drew back, and laughed gently as she spun off his lap.

Brandon just sat back and watched the pair of them with great amusement. Once Christine got off Sky's lap and walked back to the stage. Brandon gestured to Sky with his drink, he laughed. "Dude, think she can get much more pointed that that?"

Christine found herself watching Sky intently from her spot on the stage. Was the great big alpha male going to go over protective on her? She flirted with her team again, blowing a kiss in Sky's direction before throwing herself into another song.

Hopefully, hopefully he'd react and show her something.

Sky frowned as he watched Christine saunter away, already singing another song - already on her way to teasing some other guy, no doubt. With an irritation that he couldn't explain, Sky tossed back his drink and then started to motion for the waiter to bring him another, only to stop mid-signal. Shaking his head, Sky pushed back his chair and muttered to Brandon, "I'm not really in the mood for this tonight - so I'm just going to head on back to Red Fountain." Striding away from the table, Sky called over his shoulder, not bothering to look back, "See you guys later."

As he left the club, Sky shoved his hands into his pockets, knowing that Christine would wonder why he had left without saying goodbye. Truth was, he didn't like seeing her perform - at least not in there. Not with all those guys gawking at her as though she was just some object to be fantasized about. Shaking his head, Sky knew that Christine knew that he hated it when she teased the guys who frequented the club. She knew that it made him jealous and that he hated to see her around other guys - but it wasn't as though he was going to tell her to stop doing it. Christine was her own person. She made her own decisions and he wasn't going to try to change that by telling her to stop doing what she loved to do just because it sometimes made him uncomfortable. Besides, he didn't have a right to stop her because it wasn't as though they were dating. Not by a longshot. Not after he chickened out of dumping Bloom once again.

Lifting his head up toward the night sky, Sky sighed. Summer was approaching quickly. In a couple months, Red Fountain and Magix and the Full Moon Club would be a blur - he'd be back in Eraklyon. Back in the royal palace. Back where he belonged. And Christine? She'd probably be going to visit her mother in the Magic Realm. He probably wouldn't even see her for three months - not until the next school year. Perhaps it would be better that way. He needed to get his priorities straight - he needed some time apart from everyone - including Bloom. He'd get that in Eraklyon.

Feeling a chill run up his spine at the cold wind that seemed to be picking up, Sky turned a corner to where he had parked his levabike. Finding his amongst the many that filled the stalls, Sky put on his helmet and then hopped on, enjoying the purring sound the vehicle made as he revved it. Without another thought, Sky set off, heading back toward Red Fountain.

Christine narrowed her eyes, far past irritated with the crown prince of Eraklyon. That song was her telling him that she was devoted. "Kayrist on a stick," she hissed. Oh, they were going to have it out when she got back to Red Fountain. She mentally heaved a sigh and shook her head. "Sorry, everyone, but I need to cut tonight's show short. I'm feeling a bit under the weather so I'm going to retire to my chamber early. I promise to make it up at the next concert."

With that, she did a quick turn on her heel and walked off the stage, heading for her chamber to grab her keys. She had a litney of curses escaping her lips as she stormed to where she kept her bike. She was grateful she had chosen a short skirt on her dress. She kicked the bike into gear and sped off in the direction of Red Fountain. Oh, they were going to have words.

: Oh, now that was interesting. Sky leaving first followed by the woman everyone claimed to be his wife. He looked angry and she looked even angrier. Oh, fireworks always made things interesting. Now, how to give this the right spin. Martial spat? Too passé. There had to be a spin... Reporting the truth would get her nothing.

"So" Brandon started looking at the others. "Stay here or try and stop the two of them from drawing blood?"
