Name: Melanie Princess of Raduga
Age: 16
Powers: She's a faery with somehow weak shadow powers. She can cast black energy balls, and use concentrated shadows to attack. Melanie's powers are activated by willpower. She has to be willing to use her powers in order to use then. She also has to be believing that she can do something on the fight. The twins can cast an attack together, the only one that is really useful in battle.
This will probably... Take points from my application, but I was thinking about having Phoebe's powers to be more offensive, and Melanie's more defensive. So maybe, she could have the ability to create some kind of shield with concentrated shadows, but this shield wouldn't be very strong.
Originally from: Raduga, a sort of moving, flying kingdom. Raduga is located on Magix, but is a bit hard to find since it flies very high. Besides, it can't stop flying and moving. Is believed that Raduga is some kind of gigantic flying ship, built on ancient times.
Known Family: Father, mother ( who may go missing if I'm aproved and allowed to start a certain plot ) and Phoebe her twin sister.
Hobbies and pastimes: Drawing, singing... Dancing as well...

Bio: She's the princess of Raduga, born a few minutes after Phoebe.
Raduga, the kingdom on a giant flying ship is... Or was protected by some kind of dome. A few months ago, the enemy managed to find Raduga and break a bit of the dome.
With the come with an enemy that could bring serious problems to Magix, what happened with the dome and of course, two daughters ready to join a school, the queen and king of Raduga, hence, the twins' parents, believing that it would be better not creating problems with faeries and witches, or the headmistresses because they sent a daughter to a determined school decided sending Phoebe to Cloud Tower and Melanie to Alfea.
Since Melanie was a bit young it looked obvious that she would make a better faery then witch, even though she had darkness based powers. The opposite happened with her twin sister Phoebe, with light based powers. Not to mention that the king and queen of Raduga were more worried about not creating problems with the witches and as Phoebe was the eldest and would be the future queen.
There are people on Raduga believing that Phoebe won't be allowed to rule because she's a witch, Melanie, the faery becoming the queen, even though she's younger.
Melanie dislikes hearing that, as she believes that her sister will make a good queen. Well, as good as she would make. Melanie's ego is big.
She has no resentments about Phoebe being the future queen of Raduga and not her. Melanie also seems to be quite happy with going to Alfea, because: ''Is a school full of princesses like myself even though Cloud Tower has it's merits.''
Even though Phoebe was born a few minutes before Melanie, Melanie is the one who acts all protective at her. Too protective. Melanie thinks that as she's the confident one, she has to take care of her sister at all costs.
The twins' parents are working ruling the kingdom most of the time. Their family is loving, but is always quite busy, hence, the sisters spent a bunch of time with nurses. The twins argues of course, the twins' parents argues, of course, mainly for political issues. But the family is loving.
As for Melanie's personality, she's social, gossipy, tactless and quite a girly girl. Melanie has a big ego, and an even bigger confidence not to mention an obssession with taking care of her twin sister and a big love of rodents. Specially rabits.
Melanie is loyal, caring and affectionate, even though sometimes her ego gets in the way, when she wants to talk something to someone. She's also very energetic and doesn't seems to know when to shut up. Extremely sincere to others, even though not as sincere when it comes to showing her feelings, mainly because of her ego. Quite bubbly and cheerful too.
She's etremelly vain, and a bit hot headed, even though not as much as Phoebe is. You have to admit that Melanie is smart, but she's not a genius and her lack of tact sometimes means trouble.
She believes herself to be the most beautiful, mature, intelligent powerful and talented student at Alfea, when she... Isn't.
Melanie is very, very proud of being a princess, and sometimes, a bit too sassy. And even though she's the confident and extroverted one, Melanie is not as brave as Phoebe, and seems to be quite scared of what she calls the ''downland''.

Who do you want to play?: Princess Melanie of Raduga.
Why?: Honestly? Well... I decided playing her twin Phoebe because we are in need of more witches. I thought that would be better playing both twins... Besides, I think that will be fun playing Melanie.
Have you ever RP before? Where?: Here, and on a few other boards, but I failed on then.
How many times would you say you should post a day?: Once a day, I assume. Maybe once per two days...
Do you mean to stick with this site (in other words, will you NOT quit after a month or two?): Yes...

Melanie was on her sister's room again. Phoebe had to learn closing her room's door, Melanie thought. But after thinking a little bit more, she decided that her sister hadn't. If Phoebe left her room's door closed, it would be harder for her to sneak in.
The twins were going to their schools on that day, and Melanie was a bit scared. They were probably using some kind of magic gate, or even a small, quick flying ship to get down. Melanie was happy about going to Alfea, but a bit worried about Phoebe and Cloud Tower. How she would fit in there?
Melanie decided that a good start for Phoebe fit in would be being dressed nicely. Melanie went near her sister's wardrobe and started picking clothes for her, oblivious that Phoebe disliked that. She was also wondering what of books Phoebe had, and after she was done picking her clothes, searched, found and started reading some books that Phoebe was going to use at Cloud Tower. Well, they looked like the books that she would use at Cloud Tower.
It didn't took long for Phoebe arrive. And she said something in the lines of Melanie, again?
''Hehe, I picked your clothes too, sis.''
