Chris/Flora is going through a bit of a rough patch - her boss turned out to be a nutcase and today was my last day. It was not a fun day so if you sense my posts as being "distant" that's the reason

*more hugs* I know what you mean. I've had a really lucky week, except for this afternoon. That poor, poor kid! My word, that was so unfair what happened to him and he looked just like his mom for a few seconds. I know, I'm making no sense. Too bad you had a nutcase boss, but I'm not sure if "good ridance" is the right thing to say.

exactly and since I need consistency (I have a form of autism and I told her day one), I'm dropping all the blame on her. And because of this, she lost my family as clients. Moof. 'Twas a mess I'm glad I'm out of

I also have Asperger's, so I really get it. Extremly annoying when people think you're an idiot because of it.

oh, a kindred spirit ::grins::
yes, and I get frustrated easily - you should see me when I first started to learn to knit and crochet...

I remember trying to learn to knit. Except for I had this silly friend with me and we kept laughing our guts out. Plus I kept getting mad at myself. The instructor was ready to throw us out the window. I also get frustrated easily, yep. A lot of that side of me relates to Ms. Griselda.

I agree. The real life version does (not me, you know who I'm talking about).

I think so by the by, created a new section for us admin/mod types
::promptly cracks knee while shifting positions on chair:: ::curses out the desk:: - now that was completely random

(Her name starts with T, so yes you know.)
And this is what's completly random: Catie: "The pharaoh of Egypt was the son of the cook and the queen, and the king wanted him dead before he could become pharaoh." Me: "That makes no sense, if he's already pharaoh." Catie: "His brothers and sisters loved him so much, they buried him alive!" Me: "His brothers and sisters were stupid!" Catie: "They were going to set him free, but they loved him too much!" Me: "They're stupid!"
(Catie's that hyper younger friend of mine aka patrol_princess. That's what we were talking about in knitting class.) Ok, enough random.

that sounds like something I would do (the whole random convo bit)
heaven knows how many times I've made comments "out of left field" while talking to my parents...
