Battle for Sky's Heart

So, as I'm sure we're all aware of, one of the major conflicts in the game is the Sky/Bloom/Christine love-triangle. Poor Sky just can't seem to make up his mind about who he wants to be with so he just goes back and forth, back and forth - which has been a subject of much frustration for many characters.

Now for the fun part: (note, this is just for our amusement and the outcome of the poll has no effect on who Sky ultimately will end up with - mainly because I already know who she is, and trust me, that was one tough decision to make. I bet all of you would like to know too, but I'm keeping my lips sealed because it's just more fun that way XD)

When you vote in the poll, don't vote as yourself (e.g. who you, the RPer, thinks Sky should end up with), but as your character. That means that if you have more than one character, you vote multiple times. Then, make a post in this thread as that character and justify your choice. And *laughs*, yes, character-bashing (or should I say Sky-bashing?) is very much allowed. Get as into character as you like (e.g. I imagine I'll have Stella be quite harsh considering what havoc Sky has wreaked on Bloom's emotions - but, at the same time, she wants Bloom to be happy and since Bloom wants Sky...well, isn't that one big mess? *grins*) because it'll be more fun that way. As for why I'm doing this, like I said before, I'm bored and I figured that this will end up making for a very amusing read

I believe I must have a raised quite the stupid, selfish son. Why he fails to understand that his personal happiness is minor in comparison to the well-being of Eraklyon baffles me. Does he not understand what his union with Diaspro could have done for our kingdom? Does he not see that he could have jeopardized our diplomatic relations with her realm by spitting in the face of their betrothal? And for what? To run around with that Earth girl, Bloom? *wrings hands* Oh, what I wouldn't give to rewind the clock and ensure that he didn't burn bridges with Diaspro, lovely girl that she is. *sigh* How much better life could have been for all of us...

well, for starters, I put up with a hell of a lot of grief, listened to you rant about your relationship with Bloom when it was going to pot, offered you a shoulder to lean on, and just about took Brandon's place as your second. And I've kept your secret about your curse and I also broke said curse by proving that I loved you.

Sorry, Sky. Not voting. You'll know which one is the right one for you. I'm your best friend and happen to like both girls so all I can say is it your choice.

Although, I would suggest not dating either until you can figure this out. Nothings worse then a scorned woman. And dating both is just asking for trouble.

Personally, I don't give a damn who you pick as long as it means that you're finally gonna stop whining about your love life. And they call me the broody one.

Christine is my neice so I do want to see her happy and that does look to be with you; however, I can not simply say who I would rather see you with. You have a long way to go before your ready to commit to one relationship. Perhaps not dating anyone would be your best bet for finding out which one you wish to spend the rest of your life with.

I don't rightly care either way, I know Christine wants you with her and you've proven to each other that you love one another, however you and Bloom seem to have something as well. However with the whole family loyalty thing, I know I should say Christine but damn ::Goes off to ponder answer::

Ok, ok, obviously joking. I totally didn’t want to be the first to vote for me, but someone has to do it, right? ;D

So I have to fight for you? Alright, I’ll bite. For us, it’s simple: we’re meant to be. We had our problems, but we worked through them all and made it work, and if not for some stupid spell, we’d still be together now.

You know how hard it is to find the one person in all the realms that just really gets you? Someone who you can be honest with, really be yourself? There are no worries about acting proper or living up to someone else’s expectations. To find that one person who you can just fool around with and tell corny jokes and they play along and find it charming? I’d have to think it’s pretty much impossible, yet here we are.

I’ll stop now before I start on the whole cheesy “we’re soulmates/you complete me” thing, because that’s just way too lame, even for me. Ultimately, I think my mom would say to just follow your heart wherever it leads you. She always was a smart woman.

Bloom likes you. Now, I used to be able to see what she sees in you, but after all the crap you've put her through, I can't say that I see it anymore. I mean, come on - what you and Bloom had was so special and fantastic (not to mention all those double dates the two of you went on with Brandon and me were incredibly fun) and the idea that you actually thought you could find someone better than her is absolutely laughable. I bet you're starting to see that too, right? Right. Well, I say too little, too late. I'd be perfectly fine with you being miserable your whole life, but since this involves Bloom too, I guess I have to say that I want what's going to make her happy. And for some crazy reason, that apparently is you.

Anyhow, even though I find you pretty despicable right now, maybe there's hope yet for you to redeem yourself. Start shaping up, see that Bloom's the one - and oh, if you do start dating her again, here's a big hint that will make your life so much easier. You better not just grovel for her forgiveness, but for her friends' forgiveness too. You can start by sending me chocolates. Bon bons are always good.
