Dance

[angelique]

Angelique had heard the forest was one of the best places to be if one wanted to be alone, and she had decided to take that advice. It had been overly hard to find a quite place to practice her dancing, and she felt her skills were suffering greatly from this. Why did her parents think she needed this school, couldn't they see that she wanted to follow her true calling. Didn't they know that once she had reached a certain age, she wouldn't be able to dance anymore. Then she would have settled down and let her life go in the ways of the ladies. Why didn't they understand.

Angelique had to shake the feeling of anger at her parents as she started to twirl, letting the silver sparks splay from her hands. All around her the forest seemed to change. It seemed to take form as more of a simple stage. It was there she would practice. Raising her hand she spun again, the sparks changing her skirt and top into a simple leotard and skirt. With a satified grin she started her music, and lost herself in the world of her illusions.

Kaelin was walking through the forest on his way to see the girls, when he heard a noise. Knowing that he had a few minutes before he was expected Kaelin took a detour to see what the music was. Kaelin couldn't believe his eyes when he came across a stage in the middle of the forest. not only that but there was a young lady dancing there. Kaelin didn't say anything not wanting to interrupt her dancing.

Angelique had completly lost herself in the dance, gracefully moving from one part to the next of her old routine. Soon though, she slowed, but just long enough to send out more of the silver sparks, where they fell, bubbles started to rise, and twirl around with her. Angelique had kept her eyes closed the whole time as she fully lost herself in her own world.

Kaelin continued to watch, this reminded him of some of the street performers he had seen as a child, although he would admit the effects in this one were much better done. After a while, Kaelin realized he needed to get going if he was going to be on time, stepping back so not to disturb the dancing girl, Kaelin turned to go when he accidentally stepped on a stick and snapped it in half.

Angelique lost her concentraition at the sound of the snap, and tripped over her own feet. As she fell to the ground the illusions dissappered, and she stared at Kaelin eyes wide. It took her a moment to realize what had happened, and she soon jumped up her face red. "Uhhh.. He.. hello?"

[kaelin]

"Sorry I didn't mean to interrupt your dancing, I just heard the music and came to see who was making that beautiful song and you were so enthralled in the music, I had to watch for a moment. Forgive me?" Kaelin asked with a charming smile.

[angelique]

Angelique blushed slightly. This was the first guy she had ever even thought might get the title of handsome. "You didn't do anything wrong" she said offhandedly "Just broke my concentration."

[kaelin]

"And for breaking your concentration I am truly sorry." Kaelin said, "You dance wonderfully by the way but I have to go, perhaps I will get to see you later?"

[angelique]

Angelique gave him a rather sweet smile. "That would be very nice"

[kaelin]

Kaelin nodded as if that decided it, "And then I'll get to see you dance again. May I know the lovely name that such a lovely lady posses?" Kaelin asked.

[angelique]

"Angelique Cerius of Maya" She said still smiling ohhh so sweetly

[kaelin]

"Tis a pleasure to meet you Angelique Cerius of Maya, but I am afraid I must continue my journey to Alfea." Kaelin said as he turned to leave.
