Eris-an fought off a hiss of pain as Kaelin and Quinn helped him into his room and bed. Well Tash had been right about one thing... really had over done it. But at least now that she was safe be felt confortable enough with sitting still maybe his body could heal some.

Mali stood in the middle of the hall arms crossed, silently waiting for them to notice her.

Quinn looked up to see Mali, but it was the Queen standing behind his Aunt that had him pale. Kevyn was doing a 'I tried to hold them off' gesture from behind Talya's shoulder. He smiled softly at her and waved that it was ok.

"Busted." Kaelin whispered, "So how much trouble we in?" Kaelin asked figuring it'd be better just to get it out on the table.

"Eris-an's room now." Mali breathed, insanely happy her daughter was back but more then a little upset over the Kaelin's going against his word to her.

"You to." Talya ordered Kevyn, grabbing the girls arm. She was beyond livid that her son would do something like this while injured as he was. Did he not realize he was their only heir? Did he not realize that if he'd died then their line would end, along with the peace they had fought so long and shed so much blood for? All this on top of the propect that she could very well be burying another child this moment made the Queen angry.... and frightened.

"Right." Kaelin sighed, before he silently made his way to Eris-an's room.

Reaching the door to Eris-an's room she held it open and motioned for them to enter. "Eris-an lay down, the rest of you settle down. You will be here for a while. And you can start with why did you go against your words to wait? Each of you will get a turn to explain your parts so someone go first before I call names."

"The council was still in the deliberating stages and I wasn't willing to leave Tash in the hands of that psycho any longer." Kaelin said, not really going into detail about his way around it just yet; knowing that would just get him into even more trouble then they were in.

"The only reason Tash was taken was because I failed to protect her. I was not about to let her suffer for it longer then she absolutely had to." Eris-an said from the bed.

"I failed to protect Eris-an once I refused to do so again." Quinn shrugged, "Besides Tash is like a second sister to me. And for all we knew Psi was going to kill her, or worse, for leaving him. I wasn't about to just sit around and let that happen."
"And before you get too mad at Kevyn just let me tell you that Kaelin and I more or less forced her to stay. Even though she knew what we were doing we wouldn't let her be a part of it. Staying here with you two was pretty much her only option."

"Yeah thanks for that." Kevyn snapped at her brother. Reminding herself that he and Kaelin were due for some serious payback later.

"Alright. I get your roles." Talya said to Kaelin, Quinn and Kevyn, "But why you son? You said you failed to protect Tash. How? and why?"

This was it. Eris-an had never really told his mother how'd he'd been hurt, and he was sure that Quinn and Kevyn had left you a couple details from their to the Queen as well. "It was Psi that stabbed me Mother. He was trying to take Tash while we were out at a club, she did not want to go and I stepped between them, he got violent and we fought."
