Dear Lady Strongheart,
It was a great pleasure to make your acquaintance the other evening; of course, I wish that things would not have ended up quite as strangely as they did, but I suppose there is little use in my saying that now. I admit, I am not quite sure how to speak of the events of that night as they were so bizarre and foreign to me that they seem almost incomprehensible, but I would like to say that I hope you are doing well. I can only imagine what you must be feeling right now, and though I know we are strangers to each other, I wish you to know that if you ever need to confide in a female ear, I am always available. Please do not hesitate to pay me a visit, or if you would like, perhaps we could meet in town for lunch. After the wonderful things Prince Sky said about you while he was giving me a tour of the palace, I must say that I would like to get to know you better; perhaps someday you will reciprocate the sentiment.
Wishing you good health and peace of mind,
Lady Alice Coriander, Countess of Winfield

Christine read the letter and set it aside, not wanting to deal with it right now. She just wanted to get things straightened out between her and Sky before she even attempted to reach out to another female - especially one championed by Sky's mother...
