Psi stepped out of the carriage when if finally stopped in front of the huge palace, hiding the distain about the night. The large building loomed over him as he held a hand out for Tash. "Come Love, sooner we get in there, the sooner it will be over"

Taking Psi hand, Tash followed him out of the carriage. Schooling her features, Tash mentally tried to prepare herself for the evening. Quickly brushing down her skirts, Tash retook Psi's hand and let him lead her into the palace.

It was a rather long walk from the carriage to the palace doors. But soon they were standing on the steps, a man beside them tapped his staff on the ground several times. The hall went quite at that.
"May I introdue High Lord Psi and his Lady to be Tash"
As he said this, Psi held Tash's arm tightly as he scanned the room. Already he could see the ladies in the room starting to size up tash, seeing how easy it might be to scare her off, so one of their daughters may have a shot. Psi even noted how a few of the younger ladies glared at Tash with such hatred, he had to fight the smirk.

Giving the barest of nods to the man that announced them before pasting a soft smile on her features. Taking one last deep breath, Tash straightened her shoulders a little more and made her way down the stairs beside Psi.

All the Lords and Ladies were there waiting for Psi and Tash's arrival, all talking politely or gossiping about what someone did, or didn't do. As soon as Psi and Tash arrived, they started to make their way to Their groups. The Lords sons, The Lords, the Lady's and the Lady's daughters. Psi eyed them all as they all stared at them. "Relax love" he said, holding Tash tight, for soon he would be ripped away from her to be with the Lords, and she would be ripped away from him, to be ripped to shreds by the ladies.

Perhaps she should have been more nervous about all of this but at the moment she just wanted it all to be over. She knew the other women were going to be catty and had spent most of the afternoon mentally preparing for the coming battle. No matter what Psi said to her, Tash was not going to lower her guard. She had a feeling that in a matter of minutes someone was going to try something to make the 'poor little peasant girl' run away.

Lady Kimberlee was the first to finally walk over, she curtsied deeply to Psi and Tash. "My Lord Psi, it is a pleasure to see you back in court" Her smile was clearly fake as she turned to tash. "And My Lady to be, welcome" Kimberlee could not hide the sheer hate in her eyes as she said this.

Sinking into a curtsy of her own, Tash just smiled at the Lady before her, "I thank you for the warm welcome, My Lady."
