: She nodded. "Yeah, he's part tiger," she said quietly. "And the fact that he's not playing with a full deck doesn't help." She gave him a warm smile and glanced about the room - wondering where she could put her stuff, not that she had much stuff to begin with...

Well Tyger-O being part Tiger explained a lot of things. From what he had seen of Tiger's they were loners and didn't like anyone else in their turf. "No I can't imagine that a less then full deck of cards is particularly helpful."

[Random NPC]

: Angelique settled down on her bed, and watched him spread out on the bed. "If the doctor was good for one thing - the beds are heaven. Feather pillows, goose down blankets," she purred. "And sometimes, if you've been good, he awards you with a present." She gestured to one of the toys in the corner. "My catnip mouse," she said with a giggle. "But my favorite is my doll that I had when I came here," she said quietly, pulling out a wellworn teddy bear.

She had something from before? "Angelique, if you don't mind me asking, how long have you been here?"

[Random NPC]

: Angelique fell silent. "I was ten when I was taken," she said quietly after a long pause. "Doc only started turning me two months ago." She hugged her bear tighter. "Tyger-O thought I was stupid for keeping my bear. But it's one of the few things I have of my parents."

She gave a faint purr. "What about you? You got any family on the outside?"

"If you mean like a mother and father not that I remember, I was fostered to be a companion to a prince when I was little. I do consider the prince and my team mates to be like a family though."

: Angelique nodded. "So, what do want to do now that you've explored your room?" she asked before yawning quietly.

Seeing Angelique yawn reminded Brandon exactly how draining of a day it had been. It's not every day you get kidnapped and then changed in to a part dog. "I think you could use a cat nap and me as well." Perhaps this would all make more sense after some sleep.

: Angelique nodded before curling up on her bed. She yawned softly again and looked at him. "You won't turn all the lights out, will you?" she asked, fear coloring her voice just a bit.

"I thought cat's liked the dark but if you want them on, they can stay on." He didn't really care either way it was just a light and if it made the girl feel any better more power to her.

[Random NPC]

: "It was dark when I was taken from my home," she admitted quietly, hugging her teddy bear closer. "And thank you." She yawned quietly and snuggled on her bed, slowly falling asleep.

"Sure," Brandon yawned as he pulled the covers over his head for a little darkness and soon fell into an exhausted sleep.

~hours later~

: Angelique crawled off her smaller bed and climbed onto the bed with Brandon, curling up close. She felt safer with that male near her and he treated her like she was normal - strange, but normal. She yawned softly and drifted off to sleep again.

Brandon slowly woke, feeling something curled up against his side, he groaned. "Lady, get off." He ordered only partally awake. when 'Lady," didn't move, Brandon reached down to shove her off the bed. Only to find when his hand touched the dog's head it wasn't the dog, what ever it was had long hair. That confused Brandon. Then everything from the day before came rushing back, bolting up right he stared down at the girl still sleeping against him.

: Angelique yawned and opened her eyes for a moment before fluttering shut again. She snuggled closer and drifted off to sleep again.
