"Could this night it last forever, every moment held together as if in a perfect trance and such a thing could be? No one else would understand it. We would know the gods had planned it and for such a night as this that they gave memory...
And we would live inside this night within the dreams of candlelight... If you would bring this wish to life and spend this night with me? Could this moment last forever and this dream our one endeavour? If the stars would just enchant and time would then agree...
Every moment of tomorrow from this evening we would borrow... If this wish the stars would grant and gently oversee... And we would live inside this night within the dreams of candlelight... If you would bring this wish to life and spend this night with me?" Christine sang, a vague seductive tone to her voice as she stared out at the audience.

Kevyn giggled, "That I am just as Kaelin is lucky I'm not the jealous type." she shrugged, "but then our relationship would probably never work if we were."

Baltor felt like amusing himself, something that was dangerous for whoever he decided to award his attention to. His eyes alighted on the girl who had sent him the drink. Nodding to himself, he gestured to one of the waitress and told them to send the girl a drink, and to put it on his tab.

Kevyn was a little shocked when the waitress showed up with the order saying that the man was returning the favor. Smiling she accepting it, nodding to the man gracefully.

"Your nuts, you know that right." Tash said as she shook her head.

"And why is that?" Kevyn asked, taking a sip. It wasn't her usual drink but it was good non-the-less

"Hmm, let's see your sitting here exchanging drinks with someone that is probably old enough to be your father." Tash suggested, to faraway to be ale to tell which emotions were his.

"Then it's probably a good thing I don't have a father or that might bother me." Kevyn grinned.

OOC: changing the lyrics slightly
"Since I was a child, I've seen him in a dream. A captured fairy tale that echoes cross my life. And though I've courted him, he's always stayed unseen. Now all at once he glitters in the night.
But that was yesterday and that was all before when he was far away, a silhouette of dreams. But others whispered that he was so much more and suddenly I now know what they mean.
Dreams changes, years strain, lost illusions, last stands, God's hand, absolution found. Fairy tale sins, visions by Grimm. All forgiven. Lives spent in vain, never reclaimed. Take their final bows.
Pictures and words, visions absurd. Maddened poets all within sight, failures in life who'll never know it. Lazarus cries, there in his eyes - hope has risen. Depth and facade all before me now," Christine sang, her voice rich.
There, on the stage, her eyes glazed over - a vision forming in her mind's eyes as she caught sight of the gentleman flirting with Kevyn.
"Faith and belief and retreat, when you're standing all alone with your dreams in the dark. Never knowing what is real in the shadows you meet. Never knowing what is true in the answers you seek. Never knowing if...
Fate she hears me. Fate stand near me. Fate state clearly whether there will be another card. Retrieve us, time deceives us. Faith she hears us but she doesn't listen very hard!
As she drifts through our lives, tossing coins into the air. Watch them twist, watch them fall, turning hope into despair. Watch then twist, watch them fall, then suddenly she revives every dream that we've had and we find ourselves alive.
Believe me. Fate stands near me. Fate state clearly whether there will be another card. Receive us, time deceives us. The only moment in our lives that ever really mattered fate is now."

"Lovely," Tash muttered, "You know I wish we could put those damn things on timers. This can't be good. One more song and I think it's time for a break." Tash said to Kevyn, they needed to get her off the stage without alerting the others as to what was wrong with Chris.

"Maybe we should skip the last song and drag her off anyway." Kevyn said seeing Chris's face go pale.

Christine stood there silent for a long moment before seemingly coming back to life, her voice sounding off but only to those who knew her well. "Come into these arms again and lay your body down. The rhythm of this trembling heart is beating like a drum. It beats for you, it bleeds for you. It knows not how it sounds. For it is the drum of drums, it is the song of songs...
Once I had the rarest rose that ever deigned to bloom... Cruel winter chilled the bud and stole my flower too soon... Oh loneliness, Oh hopelessness... To search the ends of time for there is in all the world no greater love than mine...
Love oh love oh love oh love... Still falls the rain... Love oh love oh love oh love... Still falls the night... Love oh love oh love oh love... Damned forever... Love oh love oh love oh love...
Let me be the only one to keep you from the cold... Now the floor of heaven's laid with stars of brightest gold... They shine for you, they shine for you, they burn for all to see... Come into these arms again and set this spirit free..."
Suddenly, without warning, Christine bonelessly dropped to the stage floor, her color china white.

"Looks like we are." Tash muttered as she leaped onto the stage, glad she'd managed to stay dressed in jeans for this little event. "Kevyn come give me a hand." Tash demanded already looking over Chris. Looking to body guards making their way to the stage. "You three keep everyone back and find something to divert their attention." Tash ordered not waiting to see if they followed them.

Christine's eyes slowly opened and she gave her cousin a faint smile. "What happened?" she asked softly, trying to sit up.
