Demeter barely restrained a giggle. "Let's leave for now. We can always come back later to finish playing," she said twirling a lock of hair around her finger. "So, what shall we do now? Do we want our hosts' friends to recognize us or should we change our appearences?"

"Oh lets not give the game up yet. This is just starting to get fun." Ares chuckled, letting Demeter go just long enough to shift his appearance to that of a average looking brown haired teenager.

Demeter nodded and brought her hands up to her hair, before slowly lowering it - revealing rather short pink hair. Blue eyes blinked at him. "Pink too drastic or just right?"

"Darling nothing is too drastic on you." Ares purred, kissing her. It would have been a passionate one but it was broken by a very un happy salamander, who was currently trying to wriggle out from between them.
Ares chuckled, "Poor baby." he cooed taking the animal out checking it for injuries. See it was ok, just angry, he put it back grinning. "Remind me that he needs a cage."

Demeter smiled. "Good, I was just nervous. Never had short hair before," she said, flicking her bangs off her forehead. "So, shall we find him a suitable cage?"

"Have anything in mind?"

"Hm.." she thought, tapping the side of her cheek. "How about a small glass cage?" She conjured up a cage and removed the little lizard and dropped him in it. "So, what shall we do next?"

"How about we take that tour you promised me." Ares said, taking the cage from Demeter and putting it in a dimensional pocket for safe keeping.

"A tour sounds like an utter plan," she said giggling before falling silent for a moment. "Do you think the Oracle will come looking for us?"

Ares shrugged, "Probably not. I dare say she's got her hands full right now thanks to a certain little specialist."

"I still want to know what she sees in him. Honestly, he's far too much trouble," she said, shrugging. "After all, how many headaches has he given her?"

"That's like asking what you see in me." Ares teased, "I seem to remember I was the source of quite a few of your headaches in the past."

"Yes, but you've mellowed and I've mellowed," she said, brushing his hair off his face. "But this mortal seems intent on driving her mad."

"Mortals don't have the years it takes to 'mellow' out." Ares pointed out.

"This is true. Although," she paused to giggle. "The whole nutcracker idea for the prince is kind of amusing. I'm just jealous that neither of us thought of it first," she added with a small pout.
