"No more ego pumping?" Kaelin pretended to pout for all of thirty seconds

[kevyn]

"No darling." Kevyn kissed his cheek, "Sorry."

[Chris Strongheart]

"Your ego is as big as all of Asia on Earth," Christine said, crossing her arms over her chest. "So," she started, settling down on the grass again. "What else can we do, besides plump your brother's ego, Tash?"

[kaelin]

"When did it get that big?" Kaelin innocently asked

[tashii]

"Depends on how much you want to move about."

[erisan]

Eris-an listen to the bantering, smiling.

[kevyn]

~Later: After a good meal and a start of a campfire~

Dusk had just fallen when the boys started the fire that would keep them warm as night fell. No one was really ready to go back yet and Kevyn soon found herself doing just what she hadn't really wanted to do... after much arguing and coaxing of course. She sang.

I want to turn into a bird and fly the high skies
heading for the distant, far away hope
When I look down and see my tiny self
I wonder if I'm only living recklessly

If only I can keep looking at the present like this

Kaelin didn't say anything to Kevyn's singing because if they did it would be seconds before they started to argue of her voice again. So instead he produced Tash's violin, "your turn."

[tashii]

"and I'm supposed to follow that?" Tash inquired in good humor as she reached out and took the offered instrument. "Requests? Because I've no idea what to play."

[kevyn]

"Anything."

[kaelin]

Kaelin ducked his head at his sister's glare, if she caught him laughing too it just wouldn't be pretty. "Just play."

[tashii]

"Fine," Tash sighed as she shifted so she could play from where she was still sitting and lanched into the first song that came to her fingers

[erisan]

Eris-an leaned forward, elbows on his knees hands clasped under his chin, as Tash captured his attention with her song.

[kevyn]

Anara watched her cousin, smiling softly. Eris-an's mask of formality seemed to be dropping more and more these days, it was finally see it. Anara always knew there was a person under the 'Prince' but, having seen glimpes of it before, but until recently that person had never been so open.

[tashii]

Tash played a couple more songs before drifting out of the music long enough to give a wicked grin and nod to Kaelin before lanching into his request.
