Tash slung her music case over her shoulder and slipped out the main gate, grateful that she had yet to run into anyone. It wasn't that she was running away but Tash was to the point that cabin fever had long since passed and she had to get out. It didn't help matters that it seemed like every one wanted to know where she was at all times now. She knew why they were doing but damn it she wasn't used to it and hated it. Besides she had left a note for Kevyn so they wouldn't panic when she couldn't be found. She hoped.
Slowly making her way to a small clearing she had been to a couple of times before Tash almost instantly felt the stress slide away, this was what she needed an afternoon away from people, nothing but her and some music if she was so inclined.
Settling down on the edge of the bubbling brook that meandered through the clearing Tash allowed herself one of the few feminine things she ever indulged in. Releasing her en-mass of curls from the string she had it tied in, she shook out her hair and tucked a small purple flower behind her ear.
Dipping her toes into the water Tash leaned back and basked in the sun for a moment before rising to her feet and pulling out her fiddle. Without a thought she launched into the first tune that came to her fingers, so lost in the music and the freedom that the day offered, she never heard the approaching footsteps.
OCC: Who ever wants something to play with, she doesn't care she just wants to play at the moment.

Eris-an wandered through the woods, he'd been on his way to Alfea to continue his previous, rudely interupted, conversation with Kevyn. But had found himself distracted by his thoughts on the way.
Mostly he thought about recent events and Tash, his last encounter with her had thrown everything he thought he knew about her completely out of the loop and now he really wasn't sure what to think.
When they were children she'd been an annoying, mouthy, little peasant girl who needed to learn her place. As they got older he'd come to tolerate and respect her presence mostly because she was Kevyn's best friend. Now.... now he just didn't know what to make of her, on one hand she still couldn't seem to cease making his, near non-existant, temper rise but on the other he was beginning to realize that for all her bluster it was just a mask. Not so unlike his own, which made him extremly uncomfortable.
He barely realized that his feet had followed music until he'd come upon the musician. "Will wonders never cease." He said to himself. He turned to leave, not wanting to interupt the obviously very private moment Tash was having when she spoke.

"I know your there, come on out." Tash called, as she lowered her fiddle and waited to see who would appear from the edge of the clearing.
When no response was forth coming she set her fiddle down and made her way towards where she had heard the noise. Spotting Eris-an standing there, she could help but grin, "Going to take me back to jail, officer?" Tash asked holding her wrists together. "Or is there some way I can convince you to let me stay before returning me to purgatory now that you've caught me?"

Eris-an shook his head, "No." he paused, not really sure what to say, "you play beautifully Tash." He blushed a bit, a little embarrassed at how unarticulate he seemed to be around her lately. "Well I should take my leave then." he turned to go, but stopped at her giggling.

Tash continued to giggle, she didn't think she had ever seen him so random before. Normally he spoke with nothing short of perfect sentences; hell he didn't even shorten his words. "Your welcome to stay. If fact I might have to insist on it, I can't have you going to Alfea and telling the others where to find me just yet." Tash commented. "Come on, I'm not ready to go back nor do I want to be found. If you don't think you can handle spending part of the afternoon with me, without Kevyn around then I guess you can go." Tash challenged, pretty sure that he wasn't one to back down from a challenge; and for some odd reason she hoped he would take her challenge.

Eris-an fought a sigh, why did she have to make things so difficult. She knew him too well to know that he'd take her up on that offer. "Alright then." He relented and came to site beside her.

"Don't sounds so enthused." Tash drolly remarked. "I'm not that horrid am I? Besides, you really should make the most of seeing something other then sand, while your here to enjoy it."
Leaning back a little she stretched out and dipped her toes into the water. "What do you think of Magix?"

"No you are not." He said softly, giving Tash a glance out of the corner of his eye, as he pulled off his boots. Putting his feet in the water he answered her question. "I find it facinating. It is so green, I still find it hard to believe that someplace could have so much vegitation."

"I guess it would be after growing up in a place with only oasis's for vegetation." Tash responded as she tilted her head in thought. "The thing that still blows me away after all the places I've been to, is the deserts after the rains. It's quite the treasure hidden away under the gold sand." Tash admitted as she recalled her first experience with the blanket of flower covering the sands virtually over night.

Eris-an smiled at the memories of the yearly rain. "Yes. A precious treasure more beautiful then any I have seen, even here. But then I'm bias since it's my home we are talking about I guess."

"Ris, your planet isn't the only desert planet out there. Sure yours is one of the most spectacular." Tash responded as she leaned forwards and rolled up the ends of her jeans; normally she would just remove them but Eris-an had put a crimp in that plan. "Don't get a big head now that I've said that." Tash teased, as she reached down and gather up a handful of water. "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and everything is beautiful in it's own way. Even this." Tash smirked as she dumped the water onto Eris-an.
After which she promptly got to her feet and moved out of reach before laughing at his expression.

"Oh funny is it?" He smirked launching a wave of water at her, laughing at her outraged look. "Payback are a..... well you get the idea." He taunted. "And thank you Tash. Most people usually cringe when they hear the word 'desert' or 'sand', you just accept it for what it is and it is nice on occasion to hear that we are not the only ones to think it is beautiful."

"I've been to more planets then you've very thought about. After a while about the only way to survive it with your sanity still intact is if you look for what's different and makes each planet special. Seeing the world through the eyes of the people was my trick." Tash softly informed him as she stalked back towards him. Just before reaching him, she leaned down and sent a wave of water back at him.

"Eyes of the people." Eris-an whispered thoughtfully. When Tash's next attack hit him he shot her an annoyed look, "Would you stop." he said, idlely tossing another wave her way.

"Why would I stop? Are you going to make me?" Tash asked as she sent another wave his way.
