Tash stood at the back of the crowd tugging at her dark skirt, she was a little happy that they at least let her wear a darker color instead of the lighter ones everyone else seemed to be sporting.

Kevyn broke into a smile, dragging Tash forward. "Spin for the gentlemen Tashii." she said, teasingly.

Tash was about to say something about being the one that got to go first when she realized this way she would be able to get it out of the way and then they could oogle the others and Tash would soon be forgotten. "Happy?" Tash inquired as she spun then glared at Ris and asked "What?"

Eris-an didn't even realize he was staring until Tash talked to him. "Umm... nothing." he blushed, "That is.....well.... you look good."

Christine brushed a stray lock of hair off her face. "So, exactly what is this light festival for?"

Tash didn't know how to respond to Eris-an so when Chris spoke she turned and stepped back between Kaelin and Eris-an so she wasn't in the middle of the group before explaining, "As you've probably figured out by now, Arilas worships several gods. The light festival is to celebrate Laksmi, Goddess of fortune, luck, riches and generosity. Soon you won't be able to tell it's dusk out." Tash laughed, this was one of her favorite holidays, not only because Laksmi was the goddess Tash put most of her faith in but all the lights was amazing to see.

"And with that explanation comes one more thing." Kaelin said producing a set of flowers and handing them over to Kevyn, knowing the other guys had ones for the girls they were paired off with, or unoffical paired off with, as the case may be.
"Laksmi loves bright flowers," Kaelin added in explanation to the flowers as he offered the first one to Kevyn, "My Lady,"

Kevyn smiled, blushing lightly. "Thank you." she said taking the flowers.

"Allow me?" Kaelin asked holding up a set of flowers and then carefully putting them in her hair, "Hope you like them, wasn't sure if you liked water lilies or not."

OCC: Those that I haven't claimed yet can pick which ever type of flower your want or something new.
Tash looked up as she saw a flash of white and the sharp smell of Jasmine. Realizing that she was being given her flowers, Tash brought her head back down and allowed Eris-an to place the ring on her head. Following tradition, Tash took one of the flower's Eris-an had just given her and returned it by pinning it to his label.

Quinn smiled brightly, "And for you my darling wife." he said, producing a ring of lotus flowers, white with bright pink, dyed, tips.

Christine shyly blushed when Sky slipped a crown of soft pink roses on her head. She quietly removed one and pinned it on his lapel, blushing as she did so. She leaned over and kissed his cheek. She curled up close to him, and watched Professor Pendragon place a tiara of snow white roses on his wife's head.
