Piper is constantly underfoot - I've nearly tripped on him several times today, including on the stairs

Yep, that sounds like puppydom. I got three bigger dogs and they are constantly under foot so know the feeling.

Sounds like my miniture poddle. You come in the door and then you have an arm full of wiggly black fur.

I keep thinking of some sort of pet bird when you say the breed of the dog. Or like this cockatoo/poodle hybrid. It's really quite frightening. ;D

it's part poodle part cocker spaniel he's supposed to be my "father's dog" - but he's trying his damnedest to bond with my mother, which pisses off Bannoch

I knew someone once that had a pomapoo (no idea how to spell it).
Any dog we've ever had has always been a momma's boy.

the groomer I used to work for had I think a Lhasa Apso/Shih Tzu mix and a Maltese/Shih Tzu mix. Or, we didn't but she had me set our price list up for those two.
Of course, she wanted me to call the first "Lhasa Shit" and the second "Maltitude of Shit"
yes, you can facepalm
