"Flora, if you do not want to marry this guy, I and every one else will do everything in our power to stop him. I mean you have a lot of friends all who would help you. We will find a way." Brandon said, completely sure that they would find a way.

"Thanks, Brandon," Flora said quietly, smiling at Sky's squire. "That means a lot to me."

"I am glad that I could be of service, now since I seem to have lost my date. Care to dance?" Brandon asked.

The Wendigo wanted to cause havic but was not ready to venture into the ballroom, to many people. But here at the lake where two people that were full of love. They would make the perfect first victims. The Wendigo softly snarled, waiting a moment before attacking, she would go after the man first, then the girl.

"I am glad that I could be of service, now since I seem to have lost my date. Care to dance?" Brandon asked. Flora flushed prettily. "I'll be glad to," she said quietly. At least she'd get one dance in. Who knew? Maybe it'd get a certain professor jealous.

Brandon bowed down to her, "Shall we?" he asked gesturing for her hand. Taking her hand he lead her in a slow dance.

Flora smiled as Brandon lead her in the dance. It was a nice change from angsting about her relationships with Helia and Lenwë. She actually felt like a young girl again and not a girl hovering on the line of being married if/when she returned home.

Brandon saw Flora smile, "I am glad you finally decided to show me that smile, I knew it was there somewhere." Brandon teased her as he continued to spin her around.

She laughed quietly. "I do smile. Just not that often. I'm supposed to be the more serious, more mature one of the group. No, that's partially Tecna's description," Flora said, shaking her head, laughing. "Nah well, I don't think she'd mind if I borrowed her description."

The wendigo was getting sick of all this mush, she flew out of the bushes, separating the two and attacking Brandon first, thinking that the girl would not be able to do anything. With her claws wrapped around his neck, she prepared for a kill.

Flora's eyes widened as she stared at the Wendigo. "Oh sweet Demeter," she breathed, taking a step back. No, Brandon was a friend and she was not about to let that overgrown furry whatever it was harm him.
Something, some vital control over her Winx snapped and once more, her Winx flared dangerously out of control.

With Brandon struggling under her and the flash of power behind her, the Wendigo knocked Brandon out, she wanted to enjoy the kill and could not do that with this thing, at her back. Turning and preparing to attack the little thing that dare to appose her.

: "You have no idea who you're messing with," Flora said darkly, her powers flaring out of control - and frighteningly enough, she enjoyed this feeling of out of control-ness. "I'm the fairy of nature." The ground beneath the group rippled before exploding as the roots of trees obeyed the raging fairy's power.

Breathing in the cool night air, Cora smiled as she leaned down to take off her shoes so that she could walk barefoot through the grass as she had always done as a child in Athryell.
Looking up at Lenwë, his face relaxed and the corners of his mouth turned up in a content smile, Cora felt her heart skip a beat. Feeling secure with his arm around her waist, Cora leaned her head against his chest and let her thoughts wander to the many nights in Athryell they had spent walking together just so. It just felt right that she was here with him, that she was by his side . . .
Something was tearing her away from her thoughts. Lifting her head, Cora stepped out of Lenwë's embrace. Cautiously, she moved forward, sensing a strong, dangerous presence nearby. Glancing back over her shoulder at Palladium, Cora placed her index finger against her lips, telling him to listen.

"How dare you." the Wendigo screamed as she jumped out of the way of the plants. "I just want him." she told Flora wondering if telling that impudent fairy that she did not want her is she would go away.
